Le drama suit la vie d'un groupe d'idoles en vogue. Le jeune Go Mi Nam est sélectionné pour faire d'A. N. Jell, un célèbre groupe d'idoles, mais se retrouve dans l'impossibilité d'intégrer le groupe suite à une opération de chirurgie esthétique qui a mal tourné.
