With their mecha defeated and the Galleon badly damaged, the Gokaigers engage in a life-or-death struggle against the Zangyack. One after the other, strong enemies gather to stand in the Gokaigers' way. Will the space pirates prevail over this brutal empire?
Zangyack is advancing on their final plans, which includes an all out attack on the Gokaigers, and the ultimate destruction of Earth! It has been revealed that the Greatest Treasure in the Universe can, and must, be used to wipe out Zangyack's Great Fleet, completely. The Gokaigers are hesitant to do so, as the cost of the power would be the existance of the 34 senior Super Sentai...
With all of the 35 Greater Powers now in the Gokaigers' hands, the Gokaigers seek out the Greatest Treasure in the Universe, but Insarn is sent to begin the Zangyack Empire's final assault on the Earth
With Basco ta Jolokia in possession of all of their Ranger Keys and the 34 Super Sentai Greater Powers, the Gokaigers must find a way to get all of them back and defeat him once and for all.
Sally seeks refuge with the Gokaigers when Basco turns on her.
The evil in the hearts of Don and Gai is magnified by the powers of the new Action Commander, Evil Spirit Faith Healer Jyujyu. With Ninjaman observing the Gokaiger, what is about to happen?!
With the Gokaigers holding 29 of the 35 greater powers, and Basco with 5, the Gokai Galleon crew discovers that the only one left is that of the Ninja Sentai Kakuranger. Remembering Negakure Temple, the crew finds a strange pot containing the Kakurangers' ally Ninjaman who tests them to see if they are worthy of the Kakurangers' greater power.
Gai gets Luka interested in Christmas just as Bibaboo of the Imperial Guard is sent to Earth, using his powers to turn those he attacks into dolls. A young girl, Sayo Kinoshita is put in the position of being a Gokaiger in order to save her little brother.
Captain Marvelous has been captured by Damaras and Basco and is going to be publicly executed while Joe, Luka, Ahim and Gai are nowhere to be found. Doc, as the final Gokaiger left, must work on his own to save his fellow pirates.
After a battle, the Gokai Galleon crew discovers a magazine feature that says that Don Dogoier is a famous warrior who once slayed a powerful dragon, but Doc reveals that he actually has no memories from before he joined the Gokaigers. Damaras joins forces with Basco in an attempt to exact his revenge on the pirates.
When Zangyack Emperor Ackdos Gill takes over the operations for the conquest of the Earth, he sends Imperial Guard Zatsurig to take out the Gokaigers, and Ahim plans on destroying him herself as he is the one who destroyed her homeworld and killed her parents.
The former TimeYellow, Domon, tells the Gokaigers that they must go back in time to save a temple that was mysteriously destroyed. During their search for the culprit, they find the Shinkengers and Goseigers in their own battle.
With Navi's next clue being "Moroboshi High School", Gai Ikari realizes that their next clue to the Greatest Treasure in the Universe has to do with the Megarangers. The Gokaigers visit the high school, and discover that Kenta Date, the former MegaRed, has become a teacher, and he tells them that they must become his students in order to obtain his team's greater power.
The Gokaigers must figure out how to combine all of their powers to defeat Warz Gill's Great Warz, while Joe and Barizorg face off for the last time.
Warz Gill's father sends him the Great Warz robot for him to take out the Gokaigers, while Joe and Barizorg confront each other, once more. Meanwhile, Gai asks Marvelous what it means to "protect."
The Gokaigers defeated Chirakashizky in order to stop Gaiark's attack on the Gunman World, but end up falling into one of their traps! Turns out that another Gaiark member is attempting to take over Human World! But having saved Gunman World, they now find out that the dimensional door to back to Human World has closed! Sosuke and the Gokaigers head to the Engines home world, "Machine World" where they attempt to get help from a new Engine, Machalcon, and return to Human World but....! Will the new Engine join up with the Gokaigers? Will Go-Onger's Grand Power be unleashed?!
The Go-Ongers' support robot Bomper contacts the Gokaigers, revealing that Sosuke needs back up in Gunman World to deal with one of the surviving members of the Gaiark Clan. However, Captain Marvelous refuses to help out.
Luka's childhood friend and businessman, Cain, bribes a group of Sugormin and Gormin. In order to fulfill Luka's dream, he has amassed an incredible amount of money. He tells Luka to quit being a pirate with that money and leave together with him. Meanwhile, Zangyack newest plan is moving ahead accordingly with their new Action Commander Vannain heading the plan. Just what is Luka's dream? Will Luka quit being a pirate?
Action Commander Zakyura appears! The Zangyack's plan to make the Earthlings submit is to have Zacula eat all their food. While at the supermarket, Luka and Gai (also Don) meet the monster who is eating everything. Gai's Gokai Cellular ends up being eaten as well! Feeling down about what happened Gai is confronted by a delivery man from a Chinese food restaurant. He turns out to be none other than the former RyuuRanger, Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star!
In order to defeat the more powerful Action Commander Shieldon, who boasts an impenetrable shield, Doc works on developing a new more powerful weapon.
With the next fortune being "Uao", the Gokaigers seek out their next clue until they find a sign at an amusement park that says "Greater Power found here", and they find Momo Maruo, the former OhPink of the Ohrangers. However, Basco has also managed to find this Greater Power, and has been approached by Goro Hoshino, the former OhRed.
When the next fortune from Navi refers to a "skateboarding lion", Gai realizes it must mean Choujuu Sentai Liveman's Yellow Lion, Joh, while Action Commander Zaien begins his attempt to mass-produce soldiers like Barizorg.
When Action Commander Daiyarl begins to attack women to gather their happiness to cure Warz Gill's Earth-based cold, Ahim goes undercover to stop him.
An Action Commander by the name of Kiaido shows up to try and collect the bounty on the Gokaigers as they begin their search for the Jetman. Marvelous gets beaten by Kiaido and in his retreat runs across a strange man called Gai, otherwise known as a former member of the Jetman.
The Action Commander Regaeru appears. After receiving an electric shock from Regaeru's attack, Luka and Don aren't able to fight properly because the two of them had switched bodies.
Marvelous, Joe and Luka are transported to Satarakura Jr.'s “Boki Space.” Yousuke, Nanami and Kouta break into the Boki Space, while Marvelous falls into the worst situation.
The Zangyack Empire calls upon the Space-Ninjas Satarakura Jr. and Sandaaru Jr. to take on the Gokaigers. As the two take Captain Marvelous, Joe, and Luka on, the battle is witnessed by a trio of mysterious ninjas.
While getting some takoyaki, the Gokai Galleon crew once more cross paths with the Action Commander Jealousto, who after losing face to Insarn has been taken in as a "pet" by the takoyaki stand owner.
When Navi's Treasure Navigate hints mentions an "act of mercy", the Gokai Galleon Crew proceeds to help people out. But as Basco attempts to beat their shipmates in obtaining a Sentai team's greater power, Luka and Ahim cross paths with an EMT who is more than she appears.
Gai and Joe team up to help a young boy named Shota fulfill a friend's wish, while protecting him from Action Commander Stargull.
A revived Ryuuwon appears. The former Bouken Red, "Chief" Satoru Akashi shows up!! Out of nowhere, Satoru is seen standing on the Gokai Galleon. He's trying to retrieve the precious "The Heart of Hades", but for that he needs help from the Gokaigers. But Zangyack and the Jaryuu clan are also after the Heart of Hades. And the Heart of Hades seems to be cause of Ryuuwon's revival.
The next of Navi's clues leads the Gokaigers into the Ginga Forest, home of the Gingamen, and into another clash with Basco ta Jolokia. Elsewhere, Gai encounters Hyuuga who demands the Gokai Cellular from him.
Doc begins to feel left out when Gai begins to do everything he used to do for the crew. Meanwhile, the Zangyack Empire sends Uorlian to attack the Gokaigers.
Gai tells the team on the Gokai Galleon how he got three Greater Powers from three particular Sentai heroes. Marvelous confiscates his powers, putting Gai to a test to show him something Marvelous cannot do.
When Navi's next clue mentions a "Silver Man," the Gokaiger crew goes out to find him using the sixth warrior Ranger Keys acquired from Basco ta Jolokia to fight Action Commander Almadon who wants to bomb the city. And the Gokaigers are approached by an Earthling young man who wants to be their sixth member.
Captain Marvelous must figure out a way to save his crew members from Basco ta Jolokia without paying the ransom of all of the Ranger Keys.
The Zangyack Empire sends a privateer to Earth and Captain Marvelous identifies him as his old rival/former comrade Basco ta Jolokia, who is armed with Ranger Keys of the Sixth Rangers.
Navi's hint concerning "traffic safety" leads the Gokaigers to a former Carranger and into a fight against Insarn and Action Commander Jealousto.
Ahim is kidnapped after going out into town and held hostage. Captain Marvelous leads the other Gokaigers to save her, claiming that he does not want to pay the ransom.
Joe goes off to face Barizorg alone in an attempt to make him remember his past as Kaoru assists the Gokaigers in their fight against the Zangyack Empire.
With Navi's next clue being "Sa-mu-r-aa-i", the Gokai Galleon crew seeks out a kendo club until they are approached by a girl who claims to be the samurai known as Shinken Red. Joe begins training with her to face off against his old comrade Barizorg.
Joe and Luka infiltrate the Green Fleet, the Zangyack Empire's special forces, to learn more about their Gigarollium Cannon.
In a race to find the floating island before the Zangyack forces do, the Gokai Galleon crew instead finds a veterinarian.
The Zangyack Empire sends the Sneak Brothers to spy on the Gokaigers.
With the next clue from Navi saying that they need to find the tiger child, the Gokaigers face off against Pachacamac XIII. When he takes away their weapons, Doc and Ahim find their hand-to-hand skills are lacking and start training under Jan Kandou, the former GekiRed.
Luka goes shopping for jewelry until she comes across a young woman whose father is very wealthy, leading Luka to want to go on a heist while undercover as a maid.
When Navi reveals that the next clue to the Greatest Treasure in the Universe is in the hands of the police, Captain Marvelous seeks out a police station only to be arrested by the Dekarangers.
Joe's past is revealed when Action Commander Zodomas is sent to fight the Gokaigers.
After the Gokai Galleon makes a crash landing in a volcano, the Gokaigers are attacked by Action Commander Salamandam. Elsewhere, Captain Marvelous and Don Dogoier meet the prophesized man dressed in black.
The Gokaigers receive a clue to the greatest treasure in that they should search for someone wearing black clothing. When they come across a student in a black school uniform, however, the boy steals one of Captain Marvelous' Ranger Keys.
A band of space pirates known as the Gokaiger arrive on Earth in pursuit of a legendary treasure tied to the 34 previous Sentai teams of the planet, who had all sacrificed their powers to stop the Zangyack Empire.
