Kirstie and Phil are in Kent with two very different searches for two sets of very different needs.
This week, Kirstie and Phil are in the Home Counties with two couples who don't have a home between them. One has spent years chasing a million pound property dream, while the other has spent months stuck back with mum and dad!
Phil and Kirstie are in the south west of England this week, taking on two sets of hapless house hunters. Ghika and Ronnie have £350,000 to spend on a three or four bedroomed house which must be in Bradford on Avon. That's a tiny search area of less than two square miles - in fact it's one of the smallest search areas Phil's ever had.
Kirstie and Phil try to help two sets two pairs of first time home buyers who are looking for properties in London. Phil is in south London, where he's helping Ben and Lucy find their dream property. Kirstie is in west London where she tries to find the perfect property for Cat and Ed.
Kirstie and Phil travel to Hampshire to help a sailor looking for his first home and a soldier who's about to be made homeless find a property.
Kirstie and Phillip try and help Richard and Helen Francis who are expecting a baby and are ready to give up their city centre lifestyle in Manchester. Kirstie and Phil need to find them a place in the suburbs with a £400,000 budget. They also try and help Graham and Nina Walker in Preston who are hoping to leave their tiny rented terrace for their first marital
Kirstie and Phil travel to Surrey to help two couples hunt for the perfect home. They offer advise to Susie and Andy Clark and their two children and Susie's 89-year-old father who are looking for a place. They also try and help Sam Summers and Jess Jeary who are buying their first home together.
