Rectify Season 4
Rectify raconte l'histoire de Daniel Holden, qui est libéré après 19 ans de prison, grâce à de nouvelles analyses ADN le disculpant. Il n'avait que 18 ans quand il fut condamné à mort pour le viol et le meurtre d'une jeune fille de 16 ans. Il retourne vivre auprès de sa famille, dans sa ville natale, où eut lieu le drame. Beaucoup d'habitants le croient néanmoins toujours coupable. Après avoir passé sa vie d'adulte à attendre la mort, il doit désormais réapprendre à vivre.

Daniel gets temporary respite from the grind of the halfway house when he and Chloe set out on an adventure. Meanwhile, Amantha is intrigued by an invitation from Billy while Tawney invests a little too personally in one of her patients.
Daniel continues to adjust to group living which is further complicated by his new roommate. Meanwhile, Amantha continues to reexamine her past by reconnecting with a former high school classmate.
Back in Paulie, the Holden/Talbot family adjusts to daily life without Daniel's influence and Janet frets over Daniel's life away from home.
Daniel is navigating the complicated dynamics of group living at The New Canaan Project and learning to cope with his new normal.
